Our Screening Process

What sets us apart from other rental providers is our strict vetting process. We use a variety of methods to ensure that our guests are who they say they are and that their stay is as trouble-free as possible. This includes proof of identification, background checks (where applicable), and as well as a signature of our carefully devised rental agreement. We also use instant booking on Airbnb, which allows us to describe who the rental is for and what our unit restrictions are. Our company even goes the extra mile prior too booking, by asking the potential guest a series of questions to get more details about their stay. This will help us determine if we can provide them with the right accommodations and if that particular unit is a good fit for their reasoning of traveling into town. If by chance our guest forget the rules we have also been sure to include the unit restrictions in select areas of the rental as a reminder to all those who book with our company.
